By requesting mobile locksmith dispatch from Locksmith North Port FL, you agree to these transparent service terms, verification protocols, flat-rate pricing policies, and limited warranty conditions.

1. Service Area & Mobile Dispatch Agreement

Locksmith North Port FL operates exclusively as a mobile Service Area Business (SAB) throughout North Port, Wellen Park, Warm Mineral Springs, and southern Sarasota County. We do not maintain a walk-in retail storefront. All services are performed directly at customer vehicle, residential, or commercial locations. By contacting our dispatch line at (941) 337-2992, you authorize our mobile service vehicle to travel to your designated GPS coordinates.

2. Mandatory Verification of Ownership

In strict accordance with Florida state regulations and commercial liability standards, customers requesting vehicle entry, lost car key generation, residential unlocking, or commercial rekeying must provide verified proof of legal authorization or ownership prior to service completion. Acceptable documentation includes:

Valid state-issued driver's license matching the vehicle registration, title, or active insurance card.
Valid government photo ID matching residential lease agreements, utility statements, or property deed records.
Commercial facility management authorization, business cards, and matching identification for commercial properties.

Our technicians reserve the absolute right to refuse service and notify local law enforcement if suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized access attempts are detected.

3. Flat-Rate Pricing & Payment Policies

All locksmith assignments receive an upfront, binding flat-rate phone quote prior to mobile technician departure. This quoted price represents the complete fee covering travel, diagnostic inspection, labor, and standard hardware, with zero separate travel charges or hidden after-hours markups. Payment is due immediately upon satisfactory completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Limited Warranty on Parts & Programming

All replacement car keys, transponder chips, smart proximity fobs, and installed deadbolt lock hardware carry a 90-day to 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and electronic programming failure. The warranty does not cover physical water damage, customer dropping or cracking fob casings, battery depletion, or subsequent lock tampering by unauthorized third parties.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from locksmith services performed by Locksmith North Port FL (Florida LLC File #L25000496681) shall be resolved within the county jurisdiction of Sarasota County, Florida.
